Mom of two. In love with jump rope. And very patient with beginners.

After my second child was born, I spent a long time looking for a way to get back in shape — without gyms, strict diets, or violence against my own body.
Jump rope was an accidental discovery. And quickly — a real passion. For an entire year I trained alone, watching hundreds of videos and practicing in the park near my home.
I learned that jump rope isn't just "cardio". It's rhythm. It's coordination. It's a beautiful kind of movement, like dance. And it's accessible to anyone — at any age, in any physical condition.
Now I teach women (and men) what saved me — to jump not for the number on the scale, but for joy. I remember well what it's like to start from zero, so I explain in a way everyone can understand.
My promise: you'll leave the first lesson knowing at least 2 new things. Whether or not you've ever held a rope before.
I know what it's like to look at athletes on Instagram and think "I could never do that". I guide you step by step, no pressure.
Beginner mistake #1 — jumping too high and landing on heels. I teach you to jump correctly from day one, so you don't get hurt.
Tricks, rhythm, music, play. You'll have so much fun you'll forget you're working out. That's the secret to lasting results.
